Account and Data Deletion

Users can request account and personal data deletion from the Me tab in the app or by contacting privacy@checkmyhomework.io.

What to include

• The email address used for your Check My Homework account.
• Whether you want account deletion, data export, or both.
• Any extra context needed to identify the request.

What is deleted

Deletion is expected to remove account records, stored homework files, submitted work, generated practice, results, and app-specific profile data, subject to legal, security, payment, abuse-prevention, or audit obligations.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or backup recovery.
